Vitkom Wealth Pvt Ltd, established, in January 2023, is a financial consultancy and distribution firm engaged in providing high quality financial solutions to individuals, families and corporates.
Recently, a partnership firm called Ventivity Solutions have merged with Vitkom Wealth Private Limited, With above merger, the company have an integrated customer base and 800 satisfied customers.
We specialise in the area of helping people improve their family’s financial security. Our process is analyse, design and implement strategies to meet their goals on a tax favoured basis.

Vitthal Nawandhar

A qualified Chartered Accountant, Mr. Nawandhar founder of Vitkom Wealth Advisors, has over 2 decade of experience in the financial market including 13 years of core Trusteeship business. He has a rich experience by working with firms like NSDL, Axis Trustee and IDBI Trusteeship. His last work experience was with Beacon Trusteeship Ltd where he was the promoter and CEO. His responsibilities included managing the overall business development and establishing the company’s name in the market. He is having sound knowledge of all the financial products. A keen visionary and solution-oriented approach makes him different from others.

Co-Founder & Director

Komal Nawandhar

A lady with such an enigmatic personality. She is Co-founder and Director of the company. She is responsible for partnering with businesses to address their strategic needs, ensuring functional capability building and nurturing teams. She has focused on defining, building, and strengthening the requisite framework and practices. She also oversees hiring and talent management in-line with business requirements.

Madhuri Kadam

With over two decades of experience in senior management and sales. Ms. Madhuri was in-charge of setting up various successful branches in life insurance companies and has rich experience by working with Aditya Birla Capital, Standard Chartered Bank, ICICI Prudential Life, Kotak Life. Under her dynamic leadership and keen vision, the company is enhancing it’s brand visibility through innovative marketing strategies and able to achieve extra ordinary results.

Prakash Nair

With more than two decades of experience in Pharma & financial service industry. Mr. Prakash has gained a deep understanding of various financial instruments. Starting his career into sales, he has worked in critical leadership positions with organizations such as Wockhardt, Max Life insurance and Zee Learn. His financial expertise and result oriented approach has helped him play a key role in managing the fast growing company. He has always believed in creation of long term relationship and maintaining the high level of integrity and transparency for which he is known.
